Purchasing an item(s)
1) Email us at chicjuniors@gmail.com with your name, email address and the item(s) that you would like to purchase.
2) If the item(s) is still available, an invoice with payment details will be mailed to the email address that you have provided.
3) Please proceed to make payment within 24 hours after we have sent out the invoice to you.
4) If payment is not received, the item will be released to other buyer.
Backing out?
1) If you decide not to buy an item(s) after confirmation, kindly inform us immediately so that we can release the item to other buyers.
Postage & Delivery
1) Postage prices for normal mail are charge at $1.50 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.
2) To opt for registered mail, kindly top up S$2.24 on top of the normal postage. (We encouraged you to opt for registered postage)
3) Chic Juniors are not responsible for any lost mail.
4) We do not accept any refund/exchange request. We will check and ensure all items are in good condition before mailing them to you.
5) We do not provide meet-up at this point in time.
